For TKP Pensioen, we advised on the acquisition of new office accommodation at Rijnsweerd in Utrecht through a fully structured corporate real estate advisory trajectory.

We guided TKP Pensioen end-to-end, from defining the programme of requirements (PvE) and developing a longlist and shortlist of suitable locations, to managing RFP processes and conducting comprehensive legal, financial and technical due diligence. We subsequently led the negotiations on the lease agreement, including all commercial terms, conditions and contractual arrangements.

Throughout the process, we acted as a trusted advisor to the organisation, ensuring strong governance, clear decision-making and full alignment between real estate strategy, operational needs and long-term objectives.
