YARDEN
Our team was asked to advise Yarden on the acquisition of a development plot in Amsterdam Zuidoost, following an intensive and comprehensive location search across the greater Amsterdam region.
After a thorough inventory and assessment of available sites—taking into account spatial, cultural, regulatory and commercial criteria—this process resulted in the successful acquisition of a municipal plot from the City of Amsterdam. On this site, Yarden realised a multicultural funeral centre, responding to the diverse needs of the metropolitan population.
The project marked a national milestone: the first multicultural funeral centre in the Netherlands, developed at one of the most high-value and strategically significant locations in Amsterdam. Our advisory role combined strategic site selection, stakeholder alignment and transaction guidance, enabling Yarden to realise a socially impactful facility in a highly competitive urban context.
