CE DELFT

Together with engineering firm Sineth, we conducted a series of comprehensive studies for the potential relocation of CE Delft, the independent sustainability research and consultancy organisation. CE Delft is a leading research and advisory firm focused on environmental, energy, transport and resource issues, providing independent analysis and advice to governments, businesses and NGOs to support structural change towards sustainability.

Our engagement was an integral corporate advisory assignment, covering organisational, financial, legal, technical and commercial aspects of a possible relocation. We identified, analysed and tested new potential locations in Delft, including test fit assessments to evaluate their suitability. In addition, our advice also addressed the disposition options for CE Delft’s existing property in the historic city centre of Delft, which the organisation owns, ensuring that all strategic real estate options were considered. This work provided CE Delft with a structured framework to inform its real estate decision-making and organisational planning in line with its mission and operational needs.
