On behalf of a Dutch family office, we managed the transformation and renovation of an existing office building into an education facility in the Schinkel area of Amsterdam, supporting the project from initial feasibility through to lease completion. Prior to redevelopment, we conducted a conceptual repurposing study in which all potential new uses were examined across legal, technical and commercial dimensions to determine the most viable direction.

The outcome of this comprehensive analysis led to a complete renovation of the building, including structural upgrades, electrical & mechanical works and the formal change of use from office to education. The interior was finished and fitted out specifically to meet the requirements of a renowned educational institution, after which the building was leased - long term - on a triple-net basis to that institution. This assignment combined strategic advisory, projectmanagement and stakeholder engagement to successfully reposition the asset within a broader urban transformation area in Amsterdam.
